ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE WEBSITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDING THE APPLICABLE POLICIES WHICH ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY WAY OF REFERENCE AND AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME THE "TERMS AND CONDITIONS".
In these Terms, references to"Company" means D4E Network India Private Limited, "Website" means www.d4e.in( for Corporate Information) / www.d4eclub.in( for accessing the services in Desktop), "Mobile app"means D4ECLUB (for registering and accessing the services), "D4E Services" mean a collective reference to the Website service and Mobile app service provided by D4E Network India Private Limited, "You" or "User" or "D4E member" shall refer to the end user accessing the D4E Services, its contents or using the D4E Services offered.
By Accepting these Terms and Conditions of use of website,you also accept and agree that you have read, understood and are bound by these Terms and conditions.
Our Services are very diverse and sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply. Additional terms will be available with such relevant Services and those additional terms become part of your agreement with D4E upon yourstarting to use those Services.
Digitally for Empowerment [D4E] acts as a Digital platform to enable any user to register on it to voluntarily search for prospective services from the database of already Registered Users of Digitally for Empowerment'[D4E] . The database of D4E is classified broadly on the basis of different categories of People ranging from Students to Experts across the Globe.D4E Members are provided with free access for primary services from this database to search the required data conveniently by setting preferences or needs.
D4E is only the facilitator to connect People Globally. It is the responsibility of the members / users to get mutually benefited through this Digital Platform and D4E does not guarantee the fulfillment of the requirements posted by the members.
You must follow all policies and guidelines made available to you within our scope of Services.Please do not misuse / attempt to misuse our Services. For example, do not interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than interface and instructions as provided in our portal. You may use D4E Services only as permitted by law including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. D4E may suspend or stop providing any / all Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating any suspected misconduct.
Using D4E Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or content you may access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services.
Our Services display content – in Posting or in responses that is not necessarily D4E's own content and this content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. D4E may review any or all content at any point of time to determine whether it is illegal and/or violates our policies and may remove or refuse to display content that is reasonably believed to be in violation of our policies or laws. However, kindly note that this does not necessarily mean that D4E shall review and approve all content, so please do not assume automatic approval / clearance on our decision to go ahead with display of such contents. The sole responsibility and liability of such contents continues to remain with the entity that makes available the same.
D4E may send you service announcements, administrative messages, notifications and any other information in respect of your use of Services.
To register as D4E member you confirm that you are 18 years or above age. You need a D4E account in order to use our Services and you may create your own D4E account or you may be assigned by an administrator.
D4E Membership is restricted strictly to the registered D4E individual member/Institutions/organization/businesses/companies only. D4E reserves its right to approve the membership of those desire to become members, without assigning any reasons. D4E reserves its right to initiate appropriate legal action for breach of these obligations.
Registration
We expect that you would complete the online registration process with fairness and honesty while furnishing your personal information to D4E.
You further undertake that you alone shall be responsible or liable for any correctness of information provided to D4E. In order to serve you better if D4E requires additional details, you agree to provide it. D4E shall reproduce the registered member details on "as is how available" basis to other registered members and D4E members
At any point of time if D4E comes to know or is so informed by third party or has reasons to believe that any information provided by you at the time of registration, including photos are found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete , then D4E shall have full right to suspend or terminate (without any notice) your D4E membership and forfeit any amount paid by you (if any) towards D4E membership fee and refuse to provide D4E service to you thereafter.
To protect your D4E account from any potential misuse keep your password confidential as you are responsible for any activity that happens on or through your D4E account. Try not to reuse your D4E account password on any third-party applications. In case of any unauthorized use of your password or D4E account, please report the problem to our support team and / or contact our helpdesk with a request to block the same.
By agreeing to these Terms, you're agreeing that, when using the Services, you will follow these rules :
If you violate these Terms, D4E may, at its sole discretion, immediately stop providing Services to you or may terminate your D4E account and you will NOT be eligible for any refund from D4E for such termination during the pendency of your membership.
D4E has taken reasonable steps to protect the D4E member's privacy. Although we will strive to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information, any information transacted over the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure, due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties , D4E shall not be held responsible . Please read and comprehend our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to D4E, to understand our practices. D4E members agree that their profile(s) may be crawled and indexed by search engines, where D4E and its network does not have any control over the search engines behavior and D4E shall not be responsible for such activities of other search engines/third party websites.
You also agree to keep your username and password confidential, to avoid any misuse of your profile at our Website.
By using our Services, you agree that D4E can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and terminate accounts of repeat infringers according to the process set out in the Indian Copy right Act 1957/ Indian Copy right Act (amendments)2012.
D4E Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content and you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.
When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Services, you give D4E (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Services (for example, a business listing you have added). Some Services may offer you ways to access and remove content that has been provided to that Service. Also, in some of our Services, there are terms or settings that narrow the scope of our use of the content submitted in those Services. Make sure you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content that you submit to our Services. While D4E does not accept any obligation to monitor the content/information, if the content/information is found not to be in compliance with these Terms, then D4E may delete the content/information and/or terminate or suspend your registration without a refund of any subscription paid by you. You agree that if the situation warrants D4E may at its sole discretion put restriction on any D4E member to other member's communications on the Website.
A few of D4E service requires or includes downloadable software / Mobile App This software / Mobile App may update automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available. Some Services may let you adjust your automatic update settings.
D4E gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you by D4E as part of our Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by D4E, in the manner permitted by D4E TERMS OF SERVICE. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions unless you have our written permission.
We are constantly changing and improving our Services and as a result D4E may add or remove functionalities or features and may even suspend or stop a Service altogether. D4E at any time may change the Fee structure with or without giving prior notification and as a member , you will have a choice to Accept or Reject the same for your use . However the Right to change the fees and offer the services to you as a Member – rests with D4E Ccompany
D4E may also stop providing Services to you or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
D4E Services, including any third party apps and services or material or products offered through the Services may be unavailable from time to time, may be offered on a limited basis or may vary depending on your region or device. If you change the location associated with your D4E account, you may need to re-acquire material or applications that were available to you and paid for in your previous region. You agree not to access or use material or Services which are illegal or not licensed for use in any Country from which you attempt to access or use such material or Services and / or to conceal or misrepresent your location or identity in order to access or use such material or Services.
D4E shall strive to keep the Services up and running; however, all online services suffer occasional disruptions and outages, and in such situations D4E is not liable for any services or financial loss that you may suffer as a result. In the event of an outage, you may not be able to retrieve your content or data that you stored / put on display.
In the event you come across any violation by another user including but not limited to having content in the web site that is obscene, menacing, grossly offensive, harming minors, infringing copyright, patents, etc., or another user is impersonating etc. you may then please be free to provide your concerns by emailing to the grievance officer. Decision of the Grievance Officer will be final and bind both D4E and D4E member.

We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you enjoy and benefit using our services.
But there are certain things that we don't promise about our Services.
OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS OR ADDITIONAL TERMS, D4E DO NOT MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT THE SERVICES. FOR EXAMPLE, WE DON'T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE SERVICES, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE SERVICES OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. WE REMAIN AS A FACILITATOR AND PROVIDE THE SERVICES "AS IS".
D4E and D4E's business associates / partners, will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.
By using our D4E services you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless D4E, its subsidiaries, affiliates, Directors, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any person through improper use of the service provided by D4E. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive in perpetuity.
D4E may modify the above terms and / or any additional terms that apply to a Service to. For example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly as we will post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. We will post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Kindly note that changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective immediately after they are posted. Similarly, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service.
If there is a conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict.
These terms control the relationship between D4E and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
The laws of India will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and / or D4E Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the Courts of Chennai, India and you and D4E consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
